Target Engineering is pleased to announce the launching of its remote diagnostic support for the GE-IP PLC’s and HMI/SCADA systems.
The service is based on secured web based tools that enable us to remotely diagnose and rectify any problem in the PLC’s.
The offered service is 24hours 7days a week, 365 days a year.
Dedicated engineers will be assigned for this support based on an announced schedule. The client can call the onduty engineer and let him access the PLC via a site dedicated computer that is licensed by Target Engineering for this service and has the licensed GE software’s. This new service is intentionally madem for the emergency situation and for avoiding long shutdowns during the night. This new service does not supersede the onsite support as and when needed.
